Do you offer tastings?
Yes, though not in the traditional sense. We offer drop-off tastings for our local clients as this allows you to sample your menu selections in the comfort of your own space!
Do you offer tabletop rentals?
We don’t coordinate rentals directly—we leave that to the pros at local rental companies.
However, we’re happy to work with whatever tabletop pieces you select for your event.
Our team will make sure everything is neatly packed up at the end of the night for pickup.
Is there any way to lower the price a bit?
Absolutely! There are a few ways we can adjust the proposal to better align with your budget.
This is usually best discussed over a quick call so we can walk through your priorities and tailor the experience accordingly.
Do you offer drop-dff style catering?
We do! We offer two types of drop-off service:
Standard drop-off: We deliver your order and that’s it— no fuss, no frills!
Staffed drop-off: Our team will arrive with the food ready to serve, set everything up, keep it maintained while we’re there, and clean up afterward!
What does “full service” mean to you?
For us, full service means being there for you every step of the way. It includes setup, food & beverage service, staffing, breakdown, and cleanup. The experience is seamless, hospitality-driven, and designed to let you fully enjoy your event!
What does the coordination fee include?
The coordination fee covers all pre-event costs associated with the planning & preparation of your event. This includes all site visits & layout insights, coordination with you (and/or your event planner), vehicle/delivery/fuel costs, oversight on rentals (or consulting with your planner on this), and general liability & liquor liability insurances.
Do you offer bar services?
Yes—we offer full bar service options. We can simply provide mixers and garnishes, or handle everything including the alcohol! For drop-off events, we also offer batched cocktails by the gallon. Whether it’s a staffed bar or a simple setup, we’ve got you covered!
Why is the "Rentals" section priced so high if you don’t handle rentals?
That section includes all the equipment we need to execute your event seamlessly. This may include kitchen & bar equipment, coffee & tea service gear, platters & decor, and any disposables needed for your selected menu. It’s a crucial part of making your experience smooth and complete. For drop offs, no onsite kitchen equipment is needed!
Can we reduce staffing costs?
Staffing is determined by your menu, event timeline, and service needs. We staff efficiently without compromising on the quality or flow and we’re happy to walk you through how the staffing estimate was built!
